Return Policy:
At Blue Oasis, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at info@blueoasisfilter.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Packaging:
Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
5. Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions:
- Used or installed cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons. In such cases, the value of the cartridge may be deducted from the refund.
- Damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
